What is delinquent status means & how this works? Why this warning appears on user account "Your account is currently delinquent. Please update your card to ensure the account is running smoothly."
A: This status means stripe tried to charge using provided credit card but payment got failed due to any reason. During delinquent state account behaves like a free account. You can access the account , but should not be able to connect a new channel and should not be able to push rates and automatons will not work. After 3-4 days time period of delinquent state subscription will be cancelled.
