Having a vacation rental property means the possibility of attracting international travelers or guests. When dealing with international guests, you’ll often find it necessary to deal with various international currencies when advertising rates and when accepting and receiving payments.
Changing currency at the account level
Navigate to Account Info.

Click on the Edit icon next to Company Information.

Select your desired default currency using the drop-down.

Click Save.
Changing currency for a specific Rental
Navigate to More in the top navigation bar then Rentals.

Click into the rental which currency you wish to edit and scroll to the Basic Information area in the left bar. Here, you can click on the edit icon next to currency.

Select the currency from the list and click on the Save icon.

That's it! You've changed your rental currency in Sympl.
