The Inventory Search feature in Sympl helps users, such as hotel staff or property managers, quickly find and manage property availability based on the number of guests, making it easy to locate specific rentals and facilitate quick bookings or inquiries.
You can find the inventory Search option in top right side menu as shown in the screenshot below:
Next, select your dates to view rental availability, nightly rates, and options to create an Inquiry or Booking.
Click the "Book Now" button to open the Create Booking overlay. The Rental name, Arrive, and Depart fields will already be pre-filled. Complete the remaining required fields, then click Save to successfully create the booking.
Similarly, click the "Inquiry" button to open the Create Inquiry overlay. The Rental name, Arrive, and Depart fields will be pre-filled. Fill in the remaining required fields, then click Save to successfully create the inquiry.
